How Can severe Soreness In The Lower Rib Cage Be Treated?

Have been having a soreness in left side near lower ribs. Sometimes it has a sharp pain . There has been times where a new soren spot is felt in front rib cage area. Had been using generic nasonex and dealing with sinus infection. Was looking for side effects of this nasal spray and whether to restart using it.

Hi,

Nasonex (Mometasone Furoate) nasal spray can cause musculoskeletal pain/myalgia but it is difficult to say whether your lower rib cage soreness is due to that.

If soreness subsides on discontinuation, it is likely to be related to the spray use.
